Co-Parent holds some of the most personal things you can share: your children's birth details and what's happening in your family in hard moments. I take that seriously. Here's exactly what happens to it, in plain words.

Co-Parent is a supportive companion, not a professional service. It doesn't replace a doctor, psychologist, counsellor or any other professional, and it can get things wrong. If anyone is in danger, call 111. If you need to talk to someone, you can call or text 1737 any time, free.

What I can see

I don't read your conversations. As the person running Co-Parent, I can see who has joined and how often Co-Parent is used.

The one exception: if you tap "This helped" or "Not quite" on a reply, I can see that reply and the message you sent just before it, plus anything you write about what was missing. That's how I learn what's working and make Co-Parent better. If you'd rather keep a conversation completely private, just don't tap those.

If you ask me to look into a problem with your account, I'll only look at what's needed to fix it.
